This is the new harvest of our Decaf offering we have been serving for a few seasons. This year's harvest is super sweet! We find ourselves making a handbrew of this coffee with our lunch and an iced latte in the afternoon. What a treat!
Previous restrictions limited seasonal farm workers from travelling to Huila to pick coffee crop and drove up the cost of production, yet the Rojas family continues to uphold their award-winning quality. In Sugarcane decaf, leftover pulp from the sugar making process is fermented to make alcohol (Ethyl Acetate) that helps extract the caffeine from coffee naturally.
