Tadesse is a third generation coffee grower. To him, coffee is life, and he believes in extending this life that coffee gives. He worked hard to build up his farms and washing stations so he could provide employment, and build roads and schools for people in his community.
This is the second year we are bringing in the Anasora Natural. Its character and tasting notes have evolved into a riper, sweeter citrus - Clementine, a deep red fruit Pomegranate, and floral note of Rose. Last year, Kitty presented this coffee in her first barista competition. This coffee has a special place in our heart.
