Producer Faysel Abdosh is well known for his high quality lots and exquisite processing techniques. This natural anaerobic coffee won 24th place in the 2021 Cup of Excellence Ethiopia competition, scoring 87.59. This was achieved by the station's immaculate processing techniques and the workers' attention to detail when sorting cherries for ripeness. In addition to producing coffee, Faysel is a well respected leader in his community, known for his charitable works that include building schools in the area and investing in road development projects.
This coffee is like a fine White Wine - along with distinctive notes of Mandarin Orange and Cherry Candy. The fruity refinement has to be tasted to be believed!
