Producer Don Carlos graduated with a degree in Social Promotion in 1982, and inherited his farm that year, where he began experimenting with growing coffee. He named his farm "El Conal", which derives from the word Cono, meaning "cone", for the abundance of pine cones trees that surrounds the area. Trusty coffee for an every-day classic profile drip or espresso.
