CATUR is a collaborative project involving 6 Indonesian processors, innovating inoculations with diverse yeast strains. This lot came from the island of Bali, and was processed with their “Kamala” blend of yeasts, emphasizing fruity and rum-like flavours. These key players not only advance the coffee quality, but also the sustainability of their community and environment.
