Notes: Cherry Liquer, Chocolate Caramel, Genmaicha, Walnut
 
The Smooth Sail Blend is designed to bring about a classic character, with a full, round body, and rich flavours, for the days you wish to just peacefully cruise in a comfortable tasting journey. As the seasons change, different coffees will be intentionally blended to bring each of their strengths into the final cup.
 
This season's blend is from two traceable lots who are actually neighbours of each other:
- Brazil Cleber & Sheila Yellow Catuai Natural
- Brazil Bruno de Souza Reis Red Catuai Natural
 
We designed the final blend by bringing forth big flavour characters from one bean, and building body and texture with the other bean. Our philosophy of blending is to feature the strengths of different coffees to complement each other and create harmony, this blend is a comfortable classic, with sweetness and refinement!
