Grown in southern Huila at 1,750 MASL, this Sidra coffee is part of Café 1959’s collaborative program, bringing together top smallholder producers of the region to craft a sweet, smooth, and approachable cup.
Freshly harvested cherries are transported in GrainPro bags under refrigerated conditions to the Café 1959 facility in Quindío, ensuring precise temperature control. The coffee undergoes a carefully layered fermentation process, including extended anaerobic stages, designed to enhance clarity and sweetness. It is then slowly shade-dried for approximately 40 days, hand-sorted, vacuum-packed, and shipped to preserve exceptional freshness and quality.
This cup is great in texture, providing everyday comfort for all sorts of palates.
